List Management

Smart Messenger has full list management capabilities which allow you to target certain types of contacts within your lists. There is a built in safe guard to prevent sending duplicate messages and contacting unsubscribed contacts.

Duplicates

When you upload your list we automatically 'de-duplicate' so that people will only get one copy of your message.

Targeted Messages

Smart Messenger allows you to upload 20 pieces of personal data per contact. You can use these to be more targeted in your approach. Uploading location, attendance and industry with each contact record you can set up a filter to just message all of the Safety Professionals, who attended your event and who are located in the north.

Website sign ups

Create forms to put on to your website so people can subscribe to your mailing list or enter your competition. When completing the form their details automatically get added to the corresponding list in Smart Messenger so when you send your next message they get a copy!

Unsubscribes

These are handled automatically so if someone unsubscribes we will mark the
contact and not send to them again. You can download a report of unsubscribes at anytime should you wish to update your offline database.

Sending

Create today, send another day. When it comes to sending your message it is important to pick the best time of day. Schedule your message to go out when you want it to - today at 14:45, next Tuesday at 9:15 or anytime within the next twelve months!

Reporting

Smart Messenger has a full reporting suite so you can see how many messages were sent, received, failed, and unsubscribed.

Follow up your text and integrate with Email Marketing

When uploading your list, just include an email address with each contact and you will be able to email your contacts too, all within Smart Messenger.
