Some users prefer to receive their emails as text or might view emails using a webmail account or system that is set to text only.
SmartMessenger sends both an HTML and nicely formatted text version, the email client (outlook etc) chooses which it wants to display and the other is automatically deleted.

create text version
When you are happy with you HTML copy you must create a text version. Click 'Generate text version' and SmartMessenger creates a text only version.
If you need to amend some of the copy - 'click here' just won't work in text!
