(Smartmail of SmartMessenger) Enables you to create you're own HTML emails that can look similar in structure to a web page. SmartMessenger is not a replacement for Outlook (or similar) but can help you easily create high impact graphical emails and send them in ‘bulk’ using your email address and our bandwidth
Even if you have the ‘tools’ to create your own mailshots in house as soon as you add graphics, personalisation, & attachments and send in any kind of volume the system and your Internet bandwidth can come to a standstill.
SmartMessenger is simple - if you can use Word then you can create HTML emails. Every email can be easily personalised and is sent individually from any given email address (does not have to be that of the user). Attachments appear as downloads, which means that the recipient makes a conscious choice if they want to receive and open the documents. Other benefits include:
